Steve FinkelsteinI have owned and operated several of my own small businesses, including restaurants, food stores, wood working, jewelry design and production, general contracting, farming, and others. I’ve started and have run the financial aspects of food co-ops. In addition to my business background, I am also a psychotherapist, doing Hakomi therapy and re-evaluation counseling. So, as well as having had the experience of being in business, I also understand the nature of our minds, and what gets in the way of our success. I believe that with the correct information, we all can unfold into our full potential. |

Bob AdamsI develop and teach business and personal tax strategies. My office was one of the first test sites for electronic filing in the state of Idaho. I have been a keynote speaker for the IRS on national, regional, and district levels. I pioneered the Instant and Holiday loan programs being utilized by tax companies like HR Block. I have owned 10 companies with as many as 35 employees, and up to 4000 tax clients at one time.In the 70s, I set two world records as a paramedic in two-man CPR marathons that raised money for our local ambulance service. I built a large company collecting on returned checks in Utah and Idaho, and in the 80s became a tax preparer and opened an office. Four years ago, I moved to Utah to pursue self-awareness training and subsequently became an instructor and facilitator. My clients actualize their aspirations in businesses built upon sound tax strategies. My technical tax understanding combines with my passion for inspiring clients to trust themselves and experience new levels of creativity. Imagine seeing your tax strategy as an opportunity for vision and purpose! It's an experience you may not have had before. My recent training assists clients in getting clarity about what they really want in life. My left brain loves the challenge of doing taxes; my right brain reassures that it is the fear of the IRS, rather than the IRS itself that gets in the way of having what you want. People who work with me get to focus on what that dream is, and then marshall the elements to spring that dream into reality. |

Peter AyersI have been exploring success ideas for the past 38 years. During my multi-faceted career I have been a designer, builder, writer, sales rep, photographer, planner, programmer -- but mostly I've been a student of human nature. In 1966, I worked with Success Motivation Institute as a sales representative. I loved their programs, but I had reservations because so many of the people that bought their audio tapes didn't use them. In the intervening years, I created numerous planning books, thinking that I could assist people in their quest for success. In 1970, I studied Transactional Analysis and developed a training program to teach sales people how to deal with their fear of prospecting and closing. I had my first coaching experiences with sales managers although we didn't call it coaching at the time. The material was valid, but the method was based on intellectual learning and it wasn't permanent. In 1985, I became a computer programmer. I discovered a most interesting phenomenon. I realized that people read books, listen to speakers and attend seminars only to revert to old habits when the experience is over. People use programs. They interact with them by answering questions, entering information and viewing results. Here was the perfect vehicle to move people from where they are to where they really want to be. I developed the program "Just About Perfect" to assist people in identifying what they really want to be, do and have. It doesn't offer answers. It asks great questions. It prompts you to find the answers within yourself. Coaching is all about bringing out the best in people and I'm all about coaching. |

Kathleen D. PackardI was a pretty good student, so I went to college. I got degrees - in sociology so I could save the world; in forestry and communications so I could save the trees. Then I had babies and stayed home and canned peaches. I went to work for Weyerhaeuser, then the Bureau of Land Management, then a small private forestry company, doing primarily technical and computer work. Most recently, I worked for a community college developing community education programs.I now work with small companies, assisting business owners to access the hidden talents and resources of their employees, and assisting employees to expand their workworlds. With me, businesses see the way to solve their own problems. I love listening to people, and pulling together divergent viewpoints to form a new multi-dimensional perspective. I am linear in my thinking and am always "making sense" of things. I have a gift for distilling the essence - from text, from the spoken word, from the confusion of multiple voices - and giving it a single voice. My partner, John, is my opposite and my complement. Together we see problems from multiple angles and weave solutions from variegated threads.Where are you banging your head against the wall? We can see the windows and doors and we'll help you break on through to the other side. |

Diane ColeI seem to be good at whatever I choose to do. I am detail oriented, and when it comes to money and bookkeeping, I am meticulous. My theory is that if it doesn't balance to the penny, it doesn't balance. As president of IRS Inc., our company does private tax consulting, finding solutions for last year, planning strategies for next year.In 1999, I began participating in Landmark Education’s self-awareness programs. After completing Landmark’s rigorous leadership training, I served two years as a course supervisor in their San Jose office. I continued to use the communication skills I learned in Landmark Education when I returned to Oregon in 2005. I went to work for The Academy, acting as liaison between parents and staff at a private residential facility for teenagers who were presenting overwhelming challenges for their parents. Self-awareness training was a part of the curriculum and I was exposed to new training modalities. I am now president of World Production, which produces self-awareness trainings.I graduated from high school magna cum laude, and was awarded a state scholarship at San Jose State University where I completed two years. After passing analytic geometry with calculus, I decided to leave California and move to Oregon. In between, I accumulated five years’ experience in the banking industry, starting as a check filer and leaving as an auditor and assistant compliance officer. I’ve raised two children, been a sheep rancher and was the first female firefighter for the city of Myrtle Point. I served as an officer for the department and in fire season, I worked for the Forest Service driving firefighters into wildfires. A deep commitment to my own spiritual life is the thread that runs through all I do. Outside of my work life, I pursue that passion wholeheartedly. My home is in Gaylord, Oregon, population 100, where I live on the south fork of the Coquille River. I really enjoy figuring out puzzles. Call and I’ll show you how I do it. |
